His journey from combat in the Indian army to rocket propulsion engineering, and ultimately to corporate leadership, reflects a commitment to continuous learning, resilience, and traditional values. As the Managing Partner of APAC at Grid Dynamics, Rajeev fosters a culture of data-driven decision-making and engineering rigor, navigating dynamic technology trends with a dual approach of R&D innovation and customer-first services.

Rajeev has Master’s degrees in Management & Systems Design from MIT Sloan, and in Space Engineering & Rocketry (BIT MESRA) from Birla Institute of Technology. He has held leadership roles at prominent organizations like Polaris Software, Dynalead Inc., Ness Digital Engineering, and the Cognitive Engineering Group at Pactera Edge. His accolades include the Scientist of the Year award for the design and development of Agni-III Solid Rocket Propulsion systems, and he is a published author, with a book titled “Intuitively Rational”.
