Account Manager
- Manage large multi-million dollar relationships with support from the engineering and sales organization and in partnership with Account Management leadership.
- Setting up, maintaining and improving a reliable delivery process in accordance with industry best practices and corporate standards
- Meet assigned revenue and profitability targets
- Achieving and sustaining high client satisfaction
- Establishing efficient communication channels between client organizations and Grid Dynamics’ team
- Manage assigned key accounts to meet and exceed specified revenue and profitability targets with ultimate P&L responsibility
- Track account performance in partnership with the VP of Account Management
- Develop new revenue streams within assigned key accounts
- Draw on internal technical expertise in support of pre-sales efforts
- Assist in hiring & developing onshore delivery management, analysis, administrative and senior technical staff
- Track and report status and metrics
- Collaborate with Corporate and Delivery PMO
- Lead or participate in strategic initiatives
- 10+ years of experience in the software engineering industry with at least 5 years in account management.
- Proven track record of creating and managing enterprise accounts preferrably in Retail & CPG.
- Track record of interacting and building a relationship with C-Suites level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Demonstrable success in upselling and cross selling digital services, using creative problem solving approaches
- Skilled in identifying buying factors and ability to position services effectively
- Ability to lead with confidence through ambiguity
- Aptitude to learn new technology concepts quickly and be able to apply them in real conversations to generate new opportunities
- Strong communication and leadership skills. Must be able to work within a multi-geo, multi-culture, cross-functional team
- Experience real business transformation programs in various business verticals, with exposure to global clients and teams
