Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner
We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our team. The team is building a strategic digital initiative at one of the client and needs a learned professional to help and engage in a lot of areas, working with different stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Drive Product backlog creation and facilitation process. We have 3 backlogs and need to split this between 2 BAs.
- Maintain selected backlogs and play a role of PO from Grid side for selected backlog (maintain, monitor, prioritisation, dependencies, etc)
- Lead all the BA activities as a main BA on a project and work in cooperation with offshore BA
- Actively engage with the clients stakeholders in office to drive all use cases related questions
- Be a point of contact from Grid side in Atlanta and cover basic management tasks (clients requests, general org question). All the rest will be covered by Offshore manager
- Engagement with the client in office to help us grow
Requirements :
- 9+ years of experience working as BA and/or PO
- Solid background starting projects from the Discovery phase and driving Business analyses part in cooperation with Architects/Tech team
- Very good communication skills
- Experience in stakeholders and scope management to facilitate different departments on clients side
- Know how to create Epics - User stories for the Team to cover business and technical parts
- At least 3 years of management (PM, Scrum master, Lead) experience

- Technical background (development or testing)
