Business Analyst

Essential functions

• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Implement AI solutions to enhance various aspects of business operations.
• Build and own the product backlog, acting on behalf of the Product Owner for our engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Document software requirements and architectures with excellent technical writing skills.
• Present and explain software requirements to diverse groups, including engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Negotiate business and technical requirements, as well as project schedules, with customers and external vendors.
• Advise top management on improving sales strategies and developing reusable technical solutions based on customer feedback and past projects.
• Lead small, medium, and large-scale technology projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in AI and data engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Proven experience working in agile environments, particularly in driving Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to document software requirements and architectures clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn from customers and past projects.
• Hands-on experience leading various scale technology projects.
• Good understanding of Cloud technology

Would be a plus

• Knowledge of AI platforms and  (NLP) and machine learning algorithms.
