Full Stack Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, particularly Java, React, and Angular. This role involves both modernizing and replatforming existing applications and design of new solutions end-2-end starting from understanding a business domain and up to managing production enrollment.
This role is critical in driving our digital transformation efforts and ensuring that our applications meet the evolving needs of our users and business objectives. We look forward to welcoming a seasoned professional who can bring their expertise to our dynamic team!
Essential functions
- Participation in activities for clients (presales, proposals, discovery, development leadership) and the company itself (offering building, principal technology leadership, case study preparation, documentation of corporate experience).
- Requirement gathering: interview key SMEs and stakeholders, understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements, analysis of client’s technical, organizational, and operational landscapes.
- Architect and Design Solutions: Develop high-level architecture and design for applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Application design: ensuring usage of best practices for internal application structure of both Frontend and Backend, including data access and storage management, integrations, API management, configuration, observability, caching, distributed computation, and performance optimization.
- Application Modernization: Assess existing applications and lead initiatives to modernize them, including migrating legacy systems to modern frameworks and platforms, replatforming to cloud and ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Development Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and design, establishing self-efficient teams.
- Collaboration:Management of client’s expectations, advocating technical decisions, continuous management of requirement/constraint changes.
- Continuous Integration and Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of architecture, designs, and processes.
Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Java, React, Angular, and related technologies. Proficient in CSR and SSR patterns, Microservices, and distributed architectures. Experience with serverless architecture and Microfrontends is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in software development, with at least 5 years in an architectural role.
- Database Management: Strong understanding of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and understanding of patterns for using IaaS solutions.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, experience in opinion management.
- Ability to adapt fast in unfamiliar business domains and perform estimation/planning activities under complex circumstances, readiness for decision making and responsibility acceptance.
- Experience with scalable architectures and performance tuning.
- Enjoy solving difficult engineering problems, approach troubleshooting systematically, comfortable getting hands-on to guide engineers.
